Rachel Lysne

Partner, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Operations

Rachel Lysne is the Director of Operations for Aspen Capital Management, where she leads the firm’s operational strategy and execution and oversees the operations team. She is responsible for developing and implementing scalable processes, systems, and technology that support the firm’s growth, strengthen operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional client experience. As Chief Compliance Officer, Rachel also spearheads the firm’s regular compliance efforts. She loves knowing she is part of a team that is making meaningful positive differences in people’s lives and legacies.

Rachel was a two-sport athlete in college (cross country and track) and graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Professional and Academic Writing. Prior to starting with Aspen Capital, Rachel worked for several years in the publishing industry and still moonlights as a book editor and ghostwriter in her spare time.

Rachel lives in Boise and enjoys spending time with family, hitting the trail system for a run or mountain bike ride, climbing mountains, reading whatever she can get her hands on, and traveling abroad to pursue adventures off the beaten path.
