Autumn delivers a premium, “red-carpet” experience in her role as a Client Service Associate at Aspen Capital Management. With 12 years of customer service experience, including almost half a decade in the RIA space, she is dedicated to providing thoughtful, detail-oriented support at every stage of the client relationship. Her strong problem-solving skills, combined with a commitment to continuous professional growth, ensure each client interaction is seamless, responsive, and aligned with Aspen’s high standards of service.

Known for her approachable and people-focused style, Autumn values empathy and strives to create meaningful connections while delivering exceptional service. She also has a Notary license and can help with any Notarizations needed.

Originally from Idaho, Autumn spent time in Oregon before returning to Boise. Outside of the office, she is a competitive bowler and an avid foodie who enjoys exploring the local dining scene. She also values quieter moments at home, where she can often be found reading with her two cats nearby.
